Mom, Maggie, Logan and Nate came and visited.  It was a full house and we all had a good time.  We went to Santa Cruz, San Francisco and all around Sunnyvale.  The weather was nice for the most part but began to get cold the last few days they were here.  Evidence is in the photos from Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.

There were some unfortunate occurences on the last evening they were here but we won't go into that :).

Rachel and I hiked today at Rancho San Antonio.  We probably did about 3 or 4 miles and about 1/3 of it was climbing uphill through switchbacks.  Near the end we arrived at Vista Point which overlooked parts of the south bay.  In the distance you can see the SF Bay.

Here are some pictures from the hike:

We decided to take a "foot shot" of every park we go to.  They'll all be tagged with "feet".

I did it.  I got married before I lost all of my hair.  Anyways, Rachel and I are really happy to be married.  We just got back from our honeymoon on Sunday so we haven't really had a chance to settle in.  Once we get our wedding photos back I will post again but we do have honeymoon pics.

We went to Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico for a week.  It was awesome.  I'll let the pictures do most of the talking.

We stayed at the Mayan Palace resort and it was really nice.  They had some awesome architecture and other stuff I can't fully appreciate.

We also went into town (downtown Puerto Vallarta) several times.  The cab rides were one of our favorite things to do.  Downtown was great too.  Puerto Vallarta is a pretty popular tourist destination for people who live in Mexico.  So it's very beneficial if you can speak spanish.  Rachel handled most of that.

The food was really awesome too.  While downtown we ate at Pippi's, Vista Grill, Si Senor and some hole in the wall place that was named something to do with an arc.  The resort food was really good too but we especially enjoyed eating downtown.

The sunsets were beautiful as well and we got lots of good pictures of those.

There's a ton more to share but I'll leave it at that.

The bachelor party to Cumerbland was fun.  We left around 7:30pm and arrived around 11:00pm.  Noone is sure whether or not Cumberland is in EST or CST.  Either way it was a good time.  Shibu and Robin drove up from Houston and made it to the cabin an hour or so before we got there.

We hung out and played some Texas Hold "em the first night.  We had two tables and Collins ended up taking first place and Cecil took second.

The next day we hung out and they decided to send me out into the woods in my pajamas and a paintball mask (no gun).  They gave me 2 minutes before they came after me with the intent of shooting me.  Knowing how much it hurts to get hit with paintballs, I went down to the river as I was instructed.  I did this as fast as I could to minimize the time I would be pelted with paintballs.  Anyways, I took a very long route back in order to not be detected.  I was sweating up a storm and worried what neighbors would think when they saw someone with a mask walking through the woods behind their cabin.

I made it back without getting hit.  It was only when I got back to the deck that I realized I had been stressing for no reason.  It felt good to finally take that mask off.

The rest of the day we spent playing table tennis, eating delicious food, playing Guitar Hero and Wii Sports and swimming in the lake.

This is a photo I took while I was getting ready to head out for the weekend.
